What you'll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students withopportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Full Stack Developer

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Expected start date to end date: January 5, 2026 - August 31, 2026

Have the unique opportunity to design, develop and deliver cloud-native micro-services to major global retailers using the latest technologies Implement backend and/or frontend features and create unit tests for your deliverables Deploy cloud services in our landscape (development, staging) using CI/CD Communicate with team leads and Product Management to understand the requirements of assigned tasks Collaborate with Quality specialists to ensure high quality and test automation Experience Agile practices: SCRUM methodology, pair programming, etc. Learn tons and build amazing relationships

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled (with at least one semester or grading period completed before internship commences) or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program. Strong programming skills in Java, Spring framework, JavaScript, React and Git Preferred experience: Experience with Cloud architecture and micro-services is a must. Knowledge on Kubernetes, Kafka queues, Azure public cloud is a plus Organized: Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to do research tasks Curious: Proactive, autonomous and taking ownership of the tasks and project Team player: Great collaboration and listening skills Clear and efficient communication skills (both French and English are required) This position is offered in hybrid mode. You must be willing to join us, in-person, in the Montreal office at least 3 days a week for the duration of the internship.

The SAP Customer Experience (CX) unit is focusing on building cutting-edge cloud native products for customers in the Commerce and Consumer industries, more specifically the Retail industry. We are bringing together product strategy with all the necessary cloud business functions such as architecture, engineering and operations. In OMS team, we are providing our customers with intelligent, integrated and omnichannel order management solution.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
