Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Junior/ Senior

Project Manager - Infrastructure

to lead the planning and execution of enterprise infrastructure initiatives. This role demands a strong background in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects including data center migrations, cloud enablement, network upgrades, server/storage refreshes, and end-user computing modernization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering projects within complex, hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments and working closely with cross-functional IT teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, IT strategy, and compliance requirements. Manage infrastructure-related projects including cloud transformation, network modernization, hardware lifecycle upgrades, and data center initiatives. Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal IT teams (network, server, cloud, security), third-party vendors, and business stakeholders. Identify project risks and issues; establish mitigation plans and lead resolutions. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards. Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards on project health, risk, and status. Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract compliance for infrastructure services and products. Support IT strategy by contributing to infrastructure planning, roadmaps, and operational improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15-18 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on

infrastructure delivery

. Proven track record in leading projects such as: Cloud migration (Azure, AWS, GCP) Network upgrades (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN) Server/storage virtualization Data center transitions Disaster recovery and business continuity PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required; ITIL and Agile certifications are a plus. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies (VMware, Cisco, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, cloud platforms). Experience managing CapEx and OpEx budgets and vendor contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team collaboration skills. Experience working in global or multi-site environments is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with cloud service providers (e.g., Azure, AWS). Familiarity with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation tools. Previous work in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector) is advantageous.

Pay: $80.00-$120.00 per hour
