Our client, a global renowned IT company (An American multinational company, specializing in information technology services and consulting worldwide; A Fortune Global 500 company), End Client: Energy Industry in Canada is looking for a SAP IS Oil Analyst 1 with below skillsets:Full Details:Position Title: SAP IS Oil Analyst 1
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 06 Months initially (with possibilities of extension)Location: This role is based in Calgary, AB (Fully 5 days / week Onsite role, also open to other Provinces as well e.g. Toronto / Anywhere within Canada, who are willing to travel few days in a month to Calgary, AB Client office location, Client will provide travel cost for the candidates who are outside of Calgary, AB)Start Date: Middle / End of August 2024:We are looking for a SAP IS Oil Analyst 1 with below skillsets:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP IS Oil Support Consultant. In this role, you will play a critical role in providing technical and functional support for SAP IS Oil solutions related to RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations) and Pricing.
• Your expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and functional and technical user support will be essential in ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end-users to understand their technical issues related to RFNO and pricing
• Investigate and resolve SAP IS Oil system errors, configuration issues, and data discrepancies
• Configure and customize SAP IS Oil modules to meet client needs
• Provide guidance on pricing strategies and system enhancements
• Assist in testing and deploying SAP updates and patches
• Inform and assist end-users on SAP functionality and best practices
• KT of IS-Oil skills to other consultants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant, with a focus on IS Oil
• Experience with Implico SAP module for RFNO is considered an asset
• Knowledge of RFNO processes and Pricing strategies is considered an asset
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
