You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You\xe2\x80\x99re in your element using your know-how to solve clients\xe2\x80\x99 most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You\xe2\x80\x99re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you\xe2\x80\x99re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

\xc2\xb7 Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP

\xc2\xb7 Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs

\xc2\xb7 Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)

\xc2\xb7 Give clients options for designs using prototypes

\xc2\xb7 Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go

\xc2\xb7 Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP configuration and RICEFW design

\xc2\xb7 Experience on SAP and experience with testing

\xc2\xb7 Good client communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and to drive the team of junior team members

\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree

\xc2\xb7 Bilingual English/ French

\xc2\xb7 English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

\xc2\xb7 You have S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield experience
