As a Network, ATCs are positioned to unlock greater opportunities and exponential value for our clients.The value for our clients and our peopleFor our clients, the Network provides the strength of our geographic diversity, greater resilience, and seamless access to the deepest industry knowledge, the latest in Gen AI solutions, and tech expertise from around the world.For our people, it brings an opportunity to shape truly boundaryless career paths in a highly collaborative team of experts where they can learn from each other and solve the worldxe2x80x99s most complex client challenges.The work:Collaborate to prepare workshop content with respect to process design, key design decisions, required process variations and change impacts across people, process and technology as a result of future state designParticipate in understanding the differentiated and highly complex business processesConduct Fit-to-Standard AnalysisHelp define the Non-Functional Requirements, including performance goals and metrics, for the proposed solutionValidate the Sub-Process design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirementsReview prototypes, Solution Roadmap, and Work Management Plan to ensure that the needs of the business are being metInform the Global Process Owner and Workstream PM of any cross-team issues or dependenciesParticipate in estimating all work items for Design-BuildHelp build the initial work plan of milestones and deliverables for Design-BuildExecute the deliverables & tasks to build the solution and collaborate within and across Process TeamsDecompose deliverables into actionable tasks and estimating associated effortReport daily status & impedimentsIdentify and create required test cases/scenariosCommunicate testing needs to Testing & Data teamsParticipate in quality management reviews, ensuring the product design and related work products satisfy the requirementsConfigure applications and conduct conference room pilot to validate the configuration designParticipate in Functional Unit Testing and provide feedbackFacilitate Team/Design-Build Demos to show working software to Global Process OwnerParticipate in System Integration testingWork with Deployment Team on Go Live ReadinessSupport end-user training, as requiredThis role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per weekHerexe2x80x99s what you need:Proficiency in SAP AP processes, such as invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor managementMinimum of 3 years working with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to receive, transform (OCR), verify, approve and pay Vendor InvoicesAbility to configure and customize SAP AP modules to meet business requirements.Clear understanding of SAP non-merchandise procurement processes and its integration with Finance A/PExtensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementationsAbility to collaborate with stakeholders to present and drive functional workshopsEnglish is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
