We are seeking a new talent to join the SAP team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients in our resources sector focused on Technology led Business Reinvention.


Responsibilities:

As a Business Strategy Architect, you will be responsible for leading and driving the data strategy, data and cost flow design, enterprise architecture strategy & design leveraging SAP S4/HANA, and operating models & strategies that deliver our client's strategic objectives. This includes supporting stakeholders and platform analyses that contribute to pragmatic value propositions aimed at driving client value. You are a seasoned practitioner with deep experience in large scale transformations in regulated industry, finance systems and processes, including financial and asset accounting, and integration across operations, capital teams, and supply chain. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams, your contribution to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Analyze data, functional processes, and system architecture to inform strategic recommendations and decisions. Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and contribute to project success.


10 years minimum experience with ASAP and Agile methodologies: Project Preparation, Business Blueprinting, realization, Final Preparation and Go live/-Go Live Support. Finance business process knowledge in R2R, O2C, and P2P. Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials/Oracle Fusion/Oracle EBS, and Workday. Seasoned Practitioner in SAP (ECC and S4/HANA) Suite, including

+ Finance Module (FICO), Project System (PS), Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM)
+ Cross module strategy and design with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Resource (HR), Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM), and Compatible Units (CU)
+ Experience in Integration with PowerPlan
* Expertise in cutover activities and data migration using S/ 4HANA.
