About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst

to support and enhance our global SAP environment, with a strong focus on

Finance (FI)

and

Controlling (CO)

. You'll partner closely with business users, drive improvements, and play a key role in our transformation journey from

ECC to S/4HANA

.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, support, and enhance SAP FI/CO modules; troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, including functional specs and test scenarios. Manage daily operational issues related to SAP Finance and Controlling. Lead/support SAP projects: upgrades, enhancements, and the S/4HANA migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert on SAP functionality. Research and recommend SAP advancements (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Ariba). Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and audit requirements. Mentor junior team members and lead small project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Economics.

5+ years of SAP FI/CO functional experience

with strong integration knowledge across SD, MM, PS, PP, BW, BPC, CRM, PLM. Hands-on experience with

S/4HANA

and simplification concepts. Solid understanding of finance/accounting processes (including global intercompany). Knowledge of SAP methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and

2+ full lifecycle implementations

. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. Experience with Concur Invoicing, One Source, SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus. SAP Certification or accounting designation (CA, CGA, CPA) preferred.
