Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Tester Consultant to join their team immediately and will run until January 2026 with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of and fluency in working with ECC documents, such as Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Purchase Orders, including their creation, processing, and integration with EWM systems. This is a fully remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Super user/tester or other exposure in which the user has worked in the SAP EWM system intensively is highly desirable.
• Exposure to IT processes for documentation, testing and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively with immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Ability and willingness to learn processes and system functionalities quickly ECC Document Management.
• Create, process, and maintain Sales Orders (SO), Deliveries, and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP ECC.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with business processes in ECC transactions.
• Manage seamless integration between ECC and EWM for warehouse processes (e.g., goods movement, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between ECC and EWM.
• Identify and implement improvements in ECC-EWM workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure proper stock transfers, posting changes, and goods receipts are reflected in both ECC and EWM.
• Maintain and validate master data (e.g., material master, customer/vendor data) to ensure smooth ECC-EWM operations.
• Support configuration changes related to document flows between ECC and EWM.
• Provide end-user support for ECC document-related issues.
• Train stakeholders on best practices for ECC-EWM document handling.
• Monitor and analyze ECC document flows to ensure data consistency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to align ECC and EWM processes.
• Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) for ECC-EWM enhancements.
