You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients\xe2\x80\x99 most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You\xe2\x80\x99re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you\xe2\x80\x99re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

  • Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Work in a team where you wear lots of hats \xe2\x80\x93 interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams \xe2\x80\x93 and where you may need to be in charge
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities you\xe2\x80\x99ve been given
  • Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
  • Interact with all workstreams \xe2\x80\x93 technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
  • Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:
  • Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
Bonus points if:
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got external consulting experience
  • You have SAP certification in your area of expertise
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
  • You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
