Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive SAP solutions aligned with organizational goals. Design, configure, and implement SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other enterprise applications. Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, system design specifications, and integration workflows. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities using Agile methodologies, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support. Optimize SAP performance by implementing best practices in load balancing, system hardening, and security protocols such as cloud security measures, VPNs, firewalls, and vulnerability management. Conduct system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability of SAP environments. Stay current with emerging technologies like microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices to recommend innovative enhancements.

Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role with a strong understanding of SAP modules and integrations. Extensive knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture principles, and system design best practices. Hands-on experience with ETL processes, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), NoSQL databases, and data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and system administration tasks. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, Shell Scripting; experience with RESTful APIs and web services development. Strong understanding of network protocols (DNS, DHCP), cybersecurity measures (firewalls, GPOs), and network management tools like Meraki or Cisco systems. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile or CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git for continuous integration/deployment. Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure; familiarity with system hardening techniques for cloud security compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills complemented by experience in vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence, system hardening strategies, and information security best practices.
