The Work:

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning, etc. SAP System Administration - Managing installations, configuration, SSO, SAP GUI, certificates, performance turning, SAP HANA Database Administration, table reorganizations and maintenance of SAP systems. SAP Upgrade & Migration - Experience with system upgrades and migrations including project planning and collaborations. Collaborate with users to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues per service level agreements and operational level agreements. Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure transparent communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities. Given the nature of the system administration role, this position necessitates occasional availability outside of standard business hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week

Here's What You Need:

Over 8 years in information technology solutions with experience on SAP RISE Platform. 6+ years in administration and management of SAP applications, particularly SAP S/4, SAP BW/4HANA, and integration of various Cloud/On-Premises and Third-Party Systems. Database Management - Expertise SAP HANA Connectivity, Administration, and Security SAP Performance Tuning - Optimizing system performance and troubleshooting issues. Transport Management System (TMS) - Handling changes across development, testing, and production environments. Bachelor's degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if:

Familiarity with BTP administration, security, and trust setup with IAS. Skills with Cloud Connector and Web Dispatchers are advantageous. SAP Cloud ALM (Good to have) Knowledge of architecture design, principles, deployment processes, tools, and techniques. SAP Solution Manager/SAP CALM - Using tools for system and interface monitoring and knowledge of ChaRM. Operating Systems Knowledge - Familiarity with Linux, Unix, and Windows. Cloud Connector Administration - Knowledge in configuration of SAP Cloud Connector Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. * Works well in a team environment with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
