About The Role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-Time SAP Business Systems Analyst III to join our dynamic Information Technology division on the Hospital Experience Team..
This is not just a standard SAP analyst position. We are looking for somebody that is passionate about the power of SAP but also understands it limitations and is willing to drive exceptional user experience using our hospital portal and other web applications. The successful candidate will be someone who can connect people, process, information, and technology, understands logic and interconnected systems. Most importantly, the candidate will be able to assess opportunities and challenges and come up with solutions to both.

The work of an SAP Business Systems Analyst is integral to Canadian Blood Services\' role as Canada\'s Lifeline. In this role, you will be responsible for your respective SAP functional area including Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, ensuring appropriate levels of integration and information sharing between the various groups in IT. You will also be responsible for supporting the use of SAP and its various platforms at Canadian Blood Services. This includes supporting SAP end users, using SAP information to conduct analysis, resolving end user issues, modifying existing SAP functionality and interfaces, and adding new capabilities.
In addition to key SAP responsibilities, you will be looking to provide exceptional user experiences through the Canadian Blood Services Hospital Portal that connects into SAP and eProgesa. You will understand the entire user experience and strive to find ways to streamline transactions and communications both when SAP is involved and when transactions and communications can be done without SAP.
