Operations & Organization:
Manage lineups, ensuring they are organized and efficient.
Assist the photographer and distribute photos to guests.
Handle payments using a POS system.
Atmosphere & Experience:
Help create a festive atmosphere for visitors.
Answer questions from guests and provide support.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Customer Service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and willing to be trained to work at the Guest Services Desk.
Computer Skills
- Computer experience including Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
Enthusiasm
- A very cheerful and positive attitude is essential.
Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Flexibility
-Willingness to work a flexible schedule, from mid-November through December 24.
