Experience:

1-3 years (food processing industry preferred)

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma

Position Objective:

To maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in our food production facility in accordance with established sanitation procedures and industry standards.

We are looking for team members who are:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that includes long periods of standing and walking, cold indoor temperatures, and moving equipment Flexible and willing to assist with additional tasks as needed Open to a structured onboarding process, including: 1-day orientation, 2-week review, 3-month and annual performance reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting wage: $18.00+/hour, depending on experience Group Benefits Plan available after 12 months of continuous employment, including: Dental Care, Extended Health Care, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability

Key Responsibilities:

Sanitize equipment, walls, floors, and ceilings according to Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) Clean grease traps, drains, and sewer lines as needed Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and readiness of all sanitation tools and equipment Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures consistently

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment preferred Knowledge of or experience with industrial cleaning standards is an asset Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
