We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer orders with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling, ensuring accurate transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items. Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and meet service goals.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or the restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation guidelines is essential. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are required. Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment are necessary.
