Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and efficiency are key to providing our customers with a delightful dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing orders and handling cash transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to maintain quality and safety. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications

Previous

Subway experience preferred.

Must have access to reliable transportation (car required)

. Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food safety regulations. Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen experience is beneficial. A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
