We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of sandwiches and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills in time management and attention to detail to create delicious sandwiches that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are necessary. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$24.02 per hour
