Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area and equipment. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required. Strong basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. A passion for the food industry and commitment to quality food preparation. Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential.

Pay: $17.20-$24.22 per hour
