Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key part in ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience, from food preparation to cash handling.

Duties

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling additional items when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
