SANDER/PLOW OPERATOR - NAIRN CENTRE, ONTARIO

T BELL TRANSPORT INC. is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sander/Plow Operator for the upcoming winter season, based in Nairn Centre, Ontario.

This is a seasonal position, ideal for candidates with winter road maintenance experience and a strong commitment to safety and service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a plow and sander for snow and ice control on roads and yards Conduct pre-trip inspections and complete daily equipment checks Monitor and maintain appropriate sand and salt levels during operations Perform minor equipment maintenance and report mechanical concerns promptly Work in coordination with dispatch and other operators to ensure timely and efficient snow removal Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

Valid G Class Driver's Licence (required) Previous plow/sander or heavy equipment operation experience (preferred) Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during weather events Strong work ethic and reliability are essential

Compensation

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on experience

Work Conditions

Outdoor work in varying and sometimes extreme winter weather conditions Seasonal position with potential for recall in future winter seasons
