What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough daily circle checks (as per Ministry of Transportation Schedule 1) and report any defects or safety concerns
Operate salt truck and other snow/ice equipment to apply materials per site maps and service specifications
Report equipment malfunctions and assist with basic maintenance and refueling
Use mobile apps to log hours, complete tasks, and report service notes in real-time.
Stay responsive to dispatch instructions and weather alerts; maintain clear communication with team leads and peers.
Follow all Health & Safety policies, wear proper PPE, and contribute to a safe job site.
Be ready to jump in where needed, we operate with a team-first mindset.
What We're Looking For:
G-Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
Ability to drive and operate equipment in cold, wet, dark, and high-pressure conditions.
Experience with snow equipment is a must.
Reliable transportation to dispatch location.
Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and reporting.
Willingness to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during storm events.
