Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a knack for multitasking. A background in retail sales or technology sales is a plus, as this position may involve product demonstrations and upselling.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Conduct product demos to clients when necessary, showcasing features and benefits. Assist with upselling products or services during client interactions. Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity. Utilize basic math skills for invoicing or financial tracking as needed. Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is advantageous. Ability to demonstrate products effectively to potential clients. Proficient in using office software and technology tools. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Basic math skills for handling invoices or financial documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

Shift:

4 hour shift 8 hour shift
Work days:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Smart Serve (preferred)
Work Location: In person
