Job Summary

Must be available evenings & weekends.

8:30 am - 4pm weekend shifts, 8pm closing hours weekdays.

We are looking to add one more to our studio.

High traffic salon, ideal candidate must be comfortable with sales and excellent in a fast paced environment. Ability to multi task is a must.

Daily, weekly & monthly cleaning required.

Sales history is plus.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using salon management software Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette Assist clients with product information and service offerings through product demos and upselling techniques Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain a clean and organized reception area and retail display Support merchandising efforts by promoting salon products and services Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and courteously Support the sales team with technical sales, including product demonstrations when necessary Manage time effectively to ensure smooth daily operations and minimal wait times

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling transactions Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Professional appearance with polished phone etiquette Ability to upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in merchandising or technical sales is a plus
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
