We are looking for a full-time Operations + Front Desk Lead who can lead our guest experience, keep the business running smoothly every single day, and support our team with a calm, positive, professional presence. This is NOT a receptionist job. This is a leadership + operations position for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

This is for someone who enjoys leading from the front desk, not sitting in a back office.
POSITION SUMMARY
Lead the guest experience from first contact to checkout
Manage the daily operations of the salon
Oversee scheduling, systems, POS, and inventory
Maintain a "like new" appearance throughout the salon
Support the team through communication, organization, and leadership
Keep the front desk running smoothly, confidently, and consistently
Handle back-end operations (inventory, reports, software, maintenance)
You are the person who makes the salon run beautifully and ensures every guest and every team member feels taken care of.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience & Front Desk Leadership
Check in/out guests using on-brand scripting
Manage guest messages (phone, email, text, DM)
Ensure every guest prebooks their next appointment
Update all CRM notes accurately
Maintain front desk + retail area (clean, stocked, organized)
Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism
SALON OPERATIONS
Perform daily salon walk-throughs ("like new" standard)
Complete facility checks (lights, filters, minor repairs)
Manage POS updates (staff profiles, services, products)
Maintain scheduling accuracy
Update consultation forms, discount codes, and rewards
Handle time clock errors and staff attendance updates
Manage voicemail, holiday schedules, and online booking settings
COMMUNICATION & TEAM SUPPORT
Respond to Slack and Asana within 24 hours
Manage time-off requests and update calendars
Provide weekly updates to leadership
Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires
Support the team during busy times
REQUIREMENTS
Previous leadership & sales experience
Strong multitasking & communication skills
Tech-proficient (POS systems, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana)
Calm, organized, positive, solutions-focused
Able to uphold brand standards and enforce accountability
Enjoys both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes work
