We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Salon Leader to join our team. As a Salon Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading a team of talented stylists. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within the salon. This position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment focusing on customer service to make sure each client has a 5 star experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Lead and mentor the salon team and part time desk staff
Implement upselling strategies to promote retail products and services, enhancing the overall client experience.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and processing transactions.
Client customer service is our main focus

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
