As a Salon Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading a team of talented stylists. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within the salon. Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Lead and mentor the salon team and part time desk staff Implement upselling strategies to promote retail products and services, enhancing the overall client experience. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and processing transactions. Client customer service is our main focus

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client interactions. Positive, happy, engaging person Excellent communication skills, Experience in retail sales is beneficial for promoting salon products. Front desk experience is preferred for managing appointments and client relations efficiently. Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
