We are seeking a talented and personable HAIR STYLIST and BARBER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and customer service, with the ability to create stunning hair designs while providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special occasion styles. Perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care treatments as requested by clients. Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure safety and hygiene. Assist with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and managing walk-ins. Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client results and increase sales. Support the team with retail sales efforts through effective communication and product knowledge. Create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and confidence for every guest.

Experience

Previous experience in a salon or spa environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a beauty or wellness setting. Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is advantageous. Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest management is a plus. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred but not mandatory depending on local regulations.
