We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Project Manager

to lead client acquisition and oversee the successful delivery of security system projects. This hybrid role requires a professional with strong sales acumen and project management expertise in electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts.

Project Management Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute security system installation projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Collaborate with engineering, installation, and technical support teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively. Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage procurement of equipment and ensure timely delivery of materials. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
