- Salesperson

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. You will play an essential role in assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth and positive in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include helping customers choose the right products and plans, maintaining store standards, and contributing to overall store success.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner Understand their mobile needs and recommend suitable plans and devices Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly Handle questions or concerns with patience and professionalism

Sales & Performance:

Engage customers proactively to promote products and services Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets Upsell and cross-sell accessories and add-ons to enhance the customer experience Process transactions accurately using the RQ (IQ Metrix) POS system

Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date on Freedom Mobile devices, plans, and promotions Keep current with industry trends and new products Educate customers so they can make confident purchasing decisions

Store Operations:

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking Participate in merchandising updates and periodic inventory counts

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Retail sales experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and people skills A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
