Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns promptly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or similar technology is a plus.

Pay: $43,082.85-$107,330.78 per year
