Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will build customer relationships, and promote our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Read a map with assigned leads to visit. Engage with customers to offer a free roofing estimate. Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer customer inquiries confidently. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software or willingness to learn new technologies is a plus.
