Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the sales database. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales management tools is a plus.
