Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product line to effectively communicate features and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the sales floor.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory are advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38,926.97-$123,980.32 per year

Expected hours: No more than 18 per week
