RESPONSIBILITIES

Determine customer wants/needs and budget in order to discuss vehicle options Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles Follow up with prospective customers by returning emails/voicemails Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate leads Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCESSFUL

Valid Class 5 or N Driver's license Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience is an asset Professional appearance, verbal/written communication and presentation skills Basic computer, email and internet proficiency

Work Conditions

Sales environment with professional dress code Some outdoor work required in the furtherance of maintenance service Retail store hours with weekend work required Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
