QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-year diploma / degree in Computer Science/Systems/Engineering/Information Systems or Business Administration or a combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of three (3) Salesforce Certification out of: - Data Architecture and Management Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Identity and Access Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer, Community Cloud Consultant,Platform Developer
• Minimum of ten (10) years of Salesforce implementation experience, including development, across the full software development lifecycle.
• Minimum of eight (8) years\' experience as a senior-level Salesforce Solution Architect Lead.
• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including but not limited to integration technologies, large volume data, single sign on, and master data management.
• Experience with other development platforms, preferably .net, or java, and/or ruby.
• General experience with real-time integration; experience with integration on the Force.com platform.
