lululemon GEC (Guest Education Center) Technology Team is dedicated to building secure, reliable, and performant products for our guests and GEC Educators. As a Staff Engineer, you will work as part of a global team supported by our business and architecture partners to help us collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions that drive lululemon\'s business goals.

A day in the life:

As a Sr. Engineer in GEC Technology, you will work as a technical leader on our CRM development team within the GEC Technology space, leading foundational work that will be leveraged by multiple teams, multiple engineers, and helping craft our future roadmap and technical strategy using Salesforce CRM. As a Sr. Engineer II, you will be responsible for coding our CRM platform.

  • Accountable for the codebases for our GEC Technology team by owning the tech debt roadmap, and training for other engineers.
  • Define standards, implementation patterns, and be involved in Salesforce architecture in partnership with our stakeholder teams
  • Participate in code reviews, and code owner activities.
  • Conduct research to aid in product development and tools selection.
  • Act as an escalation point for production emergencies
  • Facilitate an Engineering Community of Practice for your product(s)
  • Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems
  • Own reliability for a defined set of production systems
  • Help define the tech debt roadmap
Qualifications:
  • Completed Bachelor\'s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Architecture preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience are also eligible.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years of salesforce administration experience (org size over 500 users)
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud
  • Experience with AWS or Azure
  • Experience in Linux, RestAPI, Kafka, Azure AD.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Automation tools as, Flow Builder, Approval Processes, Configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, validation rules, price books, pricing rules, product rules, discount schedules, approval processes, fields, lightning page layouts and components, visual force, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom objects, custom fields, dashboards and reports.
  • Sandbox environment management.
  • Data management to improve CRM data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Including the use of CRM data loader to import data as required.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Responsible for Ongoing System Maintenance & Support
  • Experience with different deployment techniques such as VCS/CI/CD (e.g., Gitlab, GIT, BitBucket,..)
  • Development of Lightning Web Components is an asset.
  • Experience in Linux, RestAPI, Kafka, Azure AD.
  • Experience with DevOps ( Gitlab,..), jira, SQL, RDBMS, Scripting experience (Python, Apex, Java script,..), Azure Infrastructure awareness will be an advantage.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Platform App Builder
Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $117,600-$154,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
