Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant with proven experience in Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales) to join our team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that enable efficient, data-driven, and personalized selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements for Sales Cloud and Sales Engagement.
Design and configure Sales Engagement features including Work Queues, Cadences, Sales Cadence Steps, Email Templates, and Call Scripts.
Implement and optimize Sales Cloud capabilities such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Reporting.
Configure Einstein Activity Capture, Einstein Lead Scoring, and Sales Analytics to enhance sales productivity.
Integrate Sales Engagement with other Salesforce clouds, third-party applications, and telephony systems where required.
Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with developers for any custom development requirements.
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
Assist in change management and user adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation experience.
1+ year of experience implementing or managing Sales Engagement (High Velocity Sales).
Strong understanding of Lead Management, Sales Processes, and Pipeline Management.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, Reports & Dashboards).
Experience with Einstein Activity Capture, Sales Cadences, and Email/Call integration.
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (required).
Salesforce Sales Engagement Accredited Professional certification (preferred).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:
Experience wih Salesforce Inbox, Sales Dialer, or third-party CTI integrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and related productivity features.
Exposure to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or other marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
