The primary responsibility of this position is to execute functional and non-functional testing. You will also design, create, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scripts related to the Salesforce platform.Key Responsibilities:Write test cases and plans documentedPerform unit, functional, smoke, integrations and regression testingEnsure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverageLiaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects - attending scrum review meetings and develop targeted test plans and casesHelping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processesWork towards more efficient ways of testing using the best tools/methodologies/automationsAnalyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report resultsTrack progress for automated and manual testingBuild and mature Salesforce QA center of excellenceInteract with geographically distributed teamsKey Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 QA ExperienceMinimum 4 year experience on a Salesforce implementation project through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) acting as Salesforce QA engineerExperience with latest QA tools, best practices, QA methods and SAFe Agile deliveryBachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experienceAttention to detail to ensure thorough testing of Salesforce applications and configurations, identifying any defects or issues before deploymentCommitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to enhance testing processes and ensure the quality of Salesforce solutionsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of Salesforce projects and initiativesWhat Altus Group offers:
