The Salesforce QA Engineer would be a member of our Enterprise Applications & Technology Services organization. The primary responsibility of this position is to execute functional and non-functional testing. You will also design, create, execute and maintain test plans, cases and scripts related to the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Write test cases and plans documented
Perform unit, functional, smoke, integrations and regression testing
Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage
Liaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects - attending scrum review meetings and develop targeted test plans and cases
Helping define and roll out improvements to testing and quality processes
Work towards more efficient ways of testing using the best tools/methodologies/automations
Analyze requirements, develop a test strategy and test plan, build and execute manual and automated test cases, track defects and report results
Track progress for automated and manual testing
Build and mature Salesforce QA center of excellence
Interact with geographically distributed teams
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years QA Experience
Minimum 4 year experience on a Salesforce implementation project through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) acting as Salesforce QA engineer
Experience with latest QA tools, best practices, QA methods and SAFe Agile delivery
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Attention to detail to ensure thorough testing of Salesforce applications and configurations, identifying any defects or issues before deployment
Commitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to enhance testing processes and ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of Salesforce projects and initiatives
