Salesforce, Partner Sales - Senior Manager

Our ideal Canadian - Salesforce, Partner Senior Sales Manager (PSSM) is an entrepreneurial self-starter who will define and execute our partner strategy, collaborate with Slalom local market and global leaders, and drive partner sales with Salesforce. This person must have experience building and managing trusted relationships with Salesforce AEs, Salesforce ProServ, and Salesforce Industry leaders (AVPs, RVPs). The PSM will need to have previously demonstrated a track record of developing revenue pipeline and retiring quota.

What You'll Do



Create and execute local alliances strategy across Salesforce Focus on growing revenue at a set of market prioritized accounts/industry by selling to and with the salesforce alliance channel Carry an individual partner sales quota and a sales origination target Orchestrate & manage relationships with salesforce alliance partners Drive collaboration between local Canadian market and global teams Participate in account planning to identify partner focus within accounts Serve as Salesforce partner "voice of the market" within Slalom Team with Slalom marketing and our partners to execute local partner-marketing campaigns and events Effectively manage and mitigate channel conflict in collaboration with market and global leaders

What You'll Bring



Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 10+ years combined experience in alliance management or partner sales, technology sales, business development, or ecosystem consulting services specifically within the salesforce ecosystem. Experience with partner co-sales motions Comfort owning and/or supporting alliance sales pursuits with multi-disciplinary teams Profound understanding of building and executing Alliance go-to-market strategies Possesses a deep understanding of the salesforce partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings and success measures Strong executive presence, comfort presenting, and ability to manage up Ability to work from the Slalom Toronto office and/or Partner office locations a minimum of 2-3 days per week Willingness to travel up to 15% for meetings or conferences


Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements
