Our client, a global organization is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join their team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data integration, and customer journey mapping.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages.
• Create and manage dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Salesforce data extensions.
• Build and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows to support marketing campaigns.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms via APIs and connectors.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CASL), and best practices in email deliverability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data model.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Developer) are a plus.

Please note: This is not a remote position and requires 3 days in office.
