Job Description

As a Salesforce FSC Business Analyst, you will make an impact by analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.

In this role, you will:



Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems. Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.

What you need to have to be considered:



8 to 12 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong background in Salesforce FSC, Configuration and Administration. Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salesforce Certified Administrator. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.

Good understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Ability to tailor Salesforce solutions to industry-specific needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working in remote and cross-functional team environments. Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
