We are currently seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud UX Researcher - Remote Canada role.

Required Qualifications.

• Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• 6+ years experience with user research methods (usability testing, user interviews, diary studies, etc.)
• 6+ years experience using Frameworks like SLDS or WES, EinsteinGPT and Semantic Search
• 6+ years experience defining and planning the approach and methodologies in context of project scope and timeline.
• Experience with secondary data, trends, and learnings.
• Experience moderating and planning user interviews, and usability studies in in-person and remote testing environments
• Understanding of how users interact with physical products is a must
• Experience demonstrating UX Research impact, including driving business and product decisions through UX Research.
