We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Systems Analyst to lead the integration and optimization of Salesforce within our enterprise environment. This role focuses on collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable solutions, streamline data flows, and enhance system performance. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce integrations and enterprise system enhancements.

• Design and implement scalable solutions that optimize data flow and ensure seamless system performance.

• Configure and manage Salesforce tools, including CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and other related platforms.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring compliance with best practices and data governance standards.

• Facilitate system upgrades and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

• Provide training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring effective utilization of system functionalities.

• Work with cross-functional teams to manage API integrations and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with a focus on Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce-related tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API integrations, and data governance principles.
• Experience with business systems such as NetSuite and tools like Microsoft Power BI.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage system upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
