Salesforce Developer

Are you a talented developer passionate about building innovative business solutions? We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team, working closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
You will:
Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex programming language, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools.
Customize and configure Salesforce by modifying standard objects and fields, creating custom objects, workflows, triggers, and process automation to meet evolving business needs.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) application programming interfaces (APIs), middleware, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow.
Provide ongoing support for Salesforce solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices, implementing unit tests, and participating in code reviews.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet both technical and business needs.
Manage change sets and assist with deployment to production, following a structured release management process.
Create technical documentation for all custom solutions and integrations.
Assist in training end-users and junior developers, sharing knowledge on best practices and Salesforce platform capabilities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
At least four years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Salesforce Developer certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I and II) or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including profiles, permission sets, workflows, and process builder.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
Solid understanding of relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and interact with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder.
Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative development cycles.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning development.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes in Salesforce development.
