Design, build, and optimize Salesforce flows to automate and streamline public sector processes.
Configure and implement Salesforce Public Sector Solutions to meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and page layouts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support for Salesforce users, ensuring the platform meets their needs.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continually enhance platform capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
