Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada
Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am \xe2\x80\x93 4:30pm PST

We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Remote under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position will work primarily from a home office with occasional in-person attendance.

Role Summary
As the Salesforce Business System Analyst/Administrator, you will collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design and implement improved business processes using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Order Management and Loyalty Management cloud solutions. With strong analytical acumen and deep expertise in Salesforce, you will closely collaborate with the Information Services, Marketing, and Sales teams to deploy Salesforce across our organization, ensure seamless integration and maximize its potential for business growth. As the Salesforce Business System Analyst/Administrator, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Salesforce Platform & Data Analytics and will work closely with the Information Services ERP Development Team, Project Managers, the Information Security & Infrastructure, Marketing and Sales Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to evaluate processes, gather requirements, document constraints, and deliver recommendations to implement and optimize Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to meet business requirements
  • Facilitate the evaluation, prioritization, and grooming of feature requests and application problems submitted by the business
  • Work closely with Project Managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Be a crucial part of our digital transformation project, driving innovation and leveraging your expertise to analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and success
  • Develop and maintain reports & dashboards to improve system usability
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes
  • Define User stories and acceptance criteria as well as perform Integration and User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for business systems, including troubleshooting issues, managing system configurations, and addressing user inquiries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field, such as Technology or Business Administration
  • 5+ years experience in a business analyst role and/or in other relevant roles within IT working on a range of mid-to-large size initiatives with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration with at least 1 year with Commerce Cloud
  • Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and experience designing and configuring customized solutions
  • Proven track record in business requirements development
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams plus hands-on experience in development methodologies such as agile and waterfall
  • Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce applications
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to interface well and effectively to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical Team-members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • CBAP is an asset
