What can you expect:

In this role, you will own the administration of Salesforce throughout the organization and act as the subject matter expert and the primary support for SFDC. You will be responsible for optimizing our internal tech stack, with Salesforce at the core. Sales ops brings together revenue-driving teams to focus on operational efficiencies, continuous growth, and ensuring that all stakeholders are leveraging data & processes effectively. Working closely with the VP of Sales and the Executive leadership to develop and optimize processes, systems, and infrastructure that accelerate growth and pave the way to operational excellence. You will oversee the effectiveness of sales processes and operations such as developing, tracking, and communicating key metrics.

You'll be responsible for:

Salesforce administration and tools management (70%)

  • Act as the Administrator for Salesforce
  • Salesforce governance tasks including the maintenance of user roles, security, profiles, permissions, system metrics and data integrity.
  • Lead the project of auditing and cleaning the objects and fields.
  • Be responsible to document the Salesforce automations and processes.
  • Manage the Salesforce accounts, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support different teams to drive Salesforce changes to objects, business rules, and flows that enhance the business.
  • Implement best practices for Salesforce.
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of the Salesforce database.
  • Provide tech and administrative support to users.
  • Manage and support Salesforce integrations such as Hubspot, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, Intercom, Power BI, etc.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new software.
Sales Operations (30%)
  • Work with Sales and Product Marketing in developing sales enablement materials including case studies, decks, testimonials, etc.
  • Manage reports for sales: individual and team performance and dashboards.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on pipeline management, segmentation and targeting.
  • Track and report sales activities such as calls, emails and demos.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of quotes.
  • Ensure that new and existing sales reps are properly and regularly trained and leveraging their tools efficiently.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of new solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver those improvements.
What we want from you:
  • 5+ years experience administering Salesforce, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Operations in a software B2B company
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent data visualization skills and experience in telling stories with data.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing sales operations and processes.
  • A curious mind, unafraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (Salesloft, Outreach).
  • Experience with email marketing automation tools (such as Hubspot, Marketo, and Email Cloud).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledgeable in automation tools such as Zappier, and Workato.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Query and/or other data manipulation tools.
