What You'll Do

Build relationships with customers online & in-store Guide clients through vehicle selection & financing options Deliver an exceptional, transparent buying experience Follow a proven sales process + CRM lead management Achieve monthly sales targets and earn serious commission

What We're Looking For

Strong communication & people skills

Motivated by success and high income potential

Previous sales or finance experience is an asset (but not required - we train the right people)

Energetic, coachable, and driven to perform
