Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that align with customer requirements. Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential buyers. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking customer interactions, follow-ups, and closing deals. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized workspace, keeping track of inventory and sales documentation. Stay informed about dealership promotions, financing options, and vehicle specifications to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within an automotive dealership environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Familiarity with sales support processes and tools is advantageous. A genuine interest in automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
