Principales responsabilites :

Fournir un soutien continu a la formation et communiquer les commentaires des membres de l'equipe a la direction du
magasin. Optimiser les ventes personnelles et en magasin en faisant la promotion des initiatives de marque et en offrant une experience
omnicanal axee sur le client

Veiller a ce que la marque du magasin soit alignee grace a une presentation visuelle et a un affichage marketing impeccables. S'assurer que tous les membres de l'equipe respectent les politiques et les procedures de l'entreprise. Contribuer a creer une atmosphere diversifiee et inclusive, exempte de discredit et de harcelement, qui reflete notre

Un homme/une femme d'affaires a l'avant-garde qui comprend l'environnement de la mode en constante evolution
d'aujourd'hui. Diplome d'etudes secondaires (D.E.S.)
Six mois d'experience dans la vente au detail ou dans le secteur des services Solides competences d'encadrement, de motivation et de service a la clientele Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite. Capacite de travailler selon un horaire variable en fonction de votre Etat ou de votre province. Capable de plier, de soulever et de deplacer des boites de 35 lb (16 kg)-------------------------------------

Reporting to the store leadership team, the Sales Lead is responsible for embodying the ALDO Group's values of integrity, love and
respect. The Sales Lead creates memorable client experiences and maximum sales performance in support of the company's purpose

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides ongoing support in training and communicates feedback from team members to store leadership. Maximizes personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a "customer-obsessed" omni-channel
experience Ensures the store is brand-aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display.
Ensures all team members comply with company policies and procedures Contributes to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free from discrimation and harassment, reflective of our People-First
philosophyKEY REQUIREMENTS

Business-minded trendsetter who understands today's ever-changing fashion landscape. High school diploma (D.E.S.) Six months of retail or service industry sales experience Strong leadership, motivational, and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work flexible hours based on your state or province. Able to bend, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb (?16 kg)
