Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing and friendly Cashier/Sales Associate for a keyholder position. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. You will be responsible for managing cash and credit transactions, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting additional products through upselling techniques.

Duties

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and care. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance customer experience. Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, promotions, and store policies. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves as needed and reporting low stock levels. Exhibit strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours. MUST BE RELIABLE AND HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION

Qualifications

Previous experience in cashiering and retail sales is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and change calculation. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. MUST LIVE LOCALLY
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$18.56 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
